Audi have released a number of teaser images which seem to show the shape and look of the new Q4 model. The images are very detailed sketches and may very well be different to the physical concept model, however, the model does promise to be different.
The Audi Q range of models have been one of the most successful models in the SUV market. This year the Audi brand has outsold the likes of BMW in the luxury car market and broke their own quarterly sales record and helped Volkswagen make an increase of 4.3 percent for the first two months alone.
Volkswagen expect the Audi brand to be the most desirable and premium brand on the market. The German mass market group has also confirmed that they expect to achieve over ten million sales of new cars this year with the Audi and Volkswagen base brand being the two major providers.
The images released of the new Q4 seem to show a high riding off road model that is expected to go up against the likes of the BMW X4 and the Porsche Macan. The five door concept drawing seems to have taken a number of styling cues to an all road model previewed at a motor show earlier this year.
The Q4 is expected to be slightly bigger than the Q4 model and may even have the option of a hybrid engine. The luxury brand are set to take the market by storm as they continue to release a host of new models including the likes of the S1 and the next generation of TT models.
The luxury mass market manufacturer have confirmed that they plan on taking advantage of the current trend in the market and of the desire to purchase an SUV or crossover style model. The German firm also stated that the demand for the Q range of SUV models at Audi is only set to increase following the arrival of the Q 4 model.
