Data taken from Highways England shows that Friday was the busiest day for breakdowns in 2020 with a massive 28431 reported.

The figure for 2019 and 2018 was higher with both exceeding 35000, but we have to remember that travel restriction in place for Covid will have given a false perspective. 

So while the number of breakdowns fell temporarily in 2020, as we all start to make more journeys this is predicted to rise and exceed pre-pandemic levels.
