Vauxhall Meriva 2014

In some car industry news today coming directly out of the German car company Vauxhall, we are pleased to report on the latest breaking news regarding the release of the latest Meriva addition to the Vauxhall family which has recently been released onto our streets here in the UK and across other parts of the world too.

The latest addition to the range could very well prove to be the finest vehicle in the companies line up yet. The mass manufacturer has had many bit sellers on their hands which include the likes of the Astra and Insignia and even the Corsa but, when it comes to compact family vehicles perhaps the Meriva could very well be the finest on the road yet.

What makes the new Vauxhall Meriva stand out?

Well with that being said, we believe that to make a truly great performing vehicle, a number of key attributes are needed. In our opinion these consist of, power, comfort and an all round good, driving experience and, we believe this is exactly what you receive with the all new Meriva.

Firstly on this all new addition to the range, we see the inclusion's of a 1.4 litre, four cylinder, turbo engine that in total carries 138 units of brake horsepower and will therefore make the sprint from 0 to 62 miles per hour in a time of just 10.1 seconds. Therefore, the top speed of the Meriva will officially hit out at 122 miles per hour. The vehicle comes in only a front wheel drive format but, it does come complete with a six speed manual transmission system in place.

In regards to some of the more standout features of this vehicle and what we believe adds to the key selling points of the car, we see these come in the shape and form of a sloping windscreen which we believe will benefit the vehicle for agility and aero dynamic purposes. In regards to the look and over all design of the car itself, we believe that it shares a similar sort of body style to that of the Citroen Picasso. With that being said, we believe that this model will make a top class rival for other similar vehicles already available and due to be released from brand's such as, Peugeot and Volkswagen.

How much will the Vauxhall Meriva set you back?

Well firstly in regards to an official launch date on this specific vehicle, we are pleased to announce that you can officially purchase a Meriva right now from your nearest Vauxhall dealership and you can expect to invest into a brand new Vauxhall Meriva all at a cost of £20,000.
