New BMW X4

In some fresh incoming news to make its way out of the German car company known as BMW, we are excited to report on the latest reveal from the brand themselves which comes your way in the shape and form of the all new X4. Although you would of expected that the vehicle would see a reveal at the Geneva motor show this week, it did not and the reason for this is that the BMW brand are expected to reveal this vehicle for the first time to the general public and media alike at the New York motor show which comes our way next month.

Thankfully for all car enthusiasts around the world, we at Shortfall have seen images of the car itself and we already know of a lot of specs and engine ranges available for this special model at the time of it's official launch here in the UK and across other parts of the world too.

What is it that makes the BMW X4 stand out?

BMW have always been notorious for building the perfect all round vehicles, which in our opinion consists of a unique blend of power and comfort and we think that with what we know so far about the X4 this car will certainly be no exception by any means. What has been done to this new model during its time on the production line?

Well firstly the German automakers have officially confirmed that the engine range for these vehicles consist only of Diesel engines and no petrol engines sadly but there are a few on offer to the customer at the time of purchase. The entry level engine consists of a 2.0 litre engine that will produce power overall of 187bhp. Another offer on the engine side will be a 3.0 litre Diesel which produces overall power of 255 units of brake horse power.

In regards to some of the more key selling points overall and what we believe could potentially make this addition to the BMW range one of the finest selling vehicles to date, we see these come in the shape and form of 18 inch alloy wheels, front and rear parking sensors, Xenon headlights and heated front seats. With some of these big steps in the advancement of technology, we believe that this addition to the range could very well prove to be a strong rival for brands with similar models such as Vauxhall, Renault and Nissan.

When will the BMW X4 be officially launched?

We are pleased to report that BMW stated that the model will be available from your nearest BMW dealership here in the UK from the 12th of July this year and you can expect to invest into a brand new BMW X4 from a starting cost of £36,590 varying upwards depending on the spec of the machine.
