In some car industry news today coming directly out of the Japanese owned brand Honda, we are pleased to report on the latest breaking news regarding all new details that have recently became public knowledge regarding the companies all new Civic Type R model set to launch soon.
Over the recent years, the Civic has quickly become one of the biggest and fastest selling for models for the mass manufacturer and has even rivaled other brands with similar lines of vehicle such as Skoda, Ford and Vauxhall. But the minds behind the idea have high hopes for the brand new Type R and hope that this model could very well be their best seller to date.
However, you may be wondering what is it that makes this all new Civic edition so special and what defines it top stand tall above all others. The announcement of some new features of the car pretty much outline this for us and, we see these all new additions come in the shape and form of all new wider, wheel arches, LED braking lights and an all new set of quad exhausts also make the cut too.
In regards to the design and styling for this particular addition to the ever growing Honda range, the images that have posted online are just sketches at this point but if the vehicle is to look similar, the base colour will come in that classic red that so many Civic variations have come in before. The vehicle looks to be more sportier than ever also, with it lower to the ground than ever before and an all new spoiler neatly fitted to the rear of the car.
In regards to the engine that is all set to go into the car itself, we see this come as,an all new turbo charged engine that in total could potentially be set to carry around 276 units of brake horse power and therefore, could potentially make the sprint from 0 to 62 miles per hour in a time of just six seconds flat. That is pretty much all Honda have announced as of yet regarding the all new features of the Honda Civic but, we do expect to hear more on the situation within the next few upcoming weeks, potentially at the Geneva motor show.
Where as the company are yet to announced how much the all new Civc could set you back, we do however know that you can expect to invest into a brand new, Honda Civic Type R at some point throughout the duration of 2015 at your nearest Honda dealership.
