Citroen C4 Cactus Diesel

 

This coming October officially marks the launch of the all new Citroen C4 Cactus Diesel model. The C4 is one of the manufacturers biggest selling models on the market today and this October when the brand new addition to the diesel range of Citroen, the mass market manufacturer are hoping for much more in terms of success and sale figures.

 

Over the recent years the likes of the DS3 and the C1 have proven to be some of the brands flagship vehicles on offer around the world, both have helped Citroen become one of the worlds leading car brands and cemented them as strong competition for the likes of other French manufacturers Renault and Peugeot. So what will the brand new C4 Cactus diesel bring to the table this year?

 

The key selling points and features of the C4 Cactus Diesel

 

What will go into this brand new model during it's manufacturing process and what will help establish it as one of the leading vehicles on offer from the successful company?

 

The engine is the main focal point and we see that come in the form of a 1.2 litre three cylinder turbo diesel. An overall top speed of 117 miles per hour will be produced with a 0 to 62 miles per hour sprint time of 9.3 seconds helping it along. This front wheel drive vehicle will also receive a five speed,manual transmission system much the same as the new Citroen Cactus petrol for 2014 which will help the car put out 108 units of brake horse power.

 

Some other neat features that are expected to come along with this diesel variant also include the likes of a seven inch touch screen, Bluetooth, a digital speedometer and a built in sat nav system will also come along for the ride too.

 

How much will the Citroen C4 Cactus Diesel go on sale for?

We will see the official release of this diesel variant this October and it will sell for a total cost of around the £15,000 area brand new when it launches.
