In some exciting upcoming vehicle release news today, we are pleased to report on the brand new C4 Cactus model for this year which will officially see a grand launch next month onto our streets here in the UK and across other parts of the world too. The Citroen brand over the years have been famous for models such as the DS3 and the Saxo.
So what is it that this brand new addition to the range will have to offer you that will help it make an impact on our roads? This is demonstrated by a 1.6 litre, four cylinder turbo diesel engine that will reach overall top speeds of 113 miles per hour with the 0 to 62 miles per hour sprint time taking a steady pace of 11.4 seconds. All in all, 91 units of brake horse power are set to be produced from this engine. The C4 Cactus for this year will be made available only as a front wheel drive variant but it will also come fully fitted with a six speed automated manual gearbox. With that in mind we see this particular model as an ideal rival for the likes of Ford and Volkswagen too with some similar models on offer.
What will the new Citroen C4 Cactus go on sale for?
Well firstly we are pleased to bring you the news that this Citroen machine will go on sale from next month here in the United Kingdom and across other various countries too. In terms of what you will expect to pay out for this car, around £13,000 will be the starting price and it will range upwards to around £18,000 depending on optional extras and features.
