The history of the Ford Kuga can be dated back to 2007 which was when production was first begun on the car.

 

There have been two life cycles for the car since this time with the most recent being introduced in 2012. Ford's vehicles are well known for offering a vast range of trim levels with Titanium X taking affect on both Fiesta and Focus models too. A six speed automatic transmission and an all wheel drive system is available for the stronger unit.

 

The Ecoboost engine unit from Ford was first brought into play in 2009 and has proven to be a popular choice amongst customers buying a Ford vehicle. The diesel engines to come along with the car include two 2.0 litre TDCi units. Both 148 and 161 brake horse power is developed from these units.

 

There are also some great features that come along with the Titanium X variant which include Bi xenon headlights and LED daytime running lights. A set of 18 inch alloy wheels,a hands free powered tailgate and heated leather seating is also included this time around. A top of the range Sony DAB digital radio USB connectivity and Bluetooth connectivity are also some great features. The big thing too though is the new Ford SYNC system that comes along with the Kuga which uses voice recognition. The Kuga is one of the big SUV models on the market right now and has delivered on some great sources of competition for manufactures such as Honda with the CR-V and the Kia Sportage in the past.

Prices for the new Titanium X range kick of at £25,400 with prices for the range topping diesel model rolling in at £30,300. This variant of the vehicle has officially gone on sale and can be purchased right now from Ford dealerships here in Britain and across other parts of the world too.
