Peugeot officially release the all new 108 model for 2014

In some of the latest vehicle release news today, we are pleased to report on the grand launch of the all new 108 model from French car company Peugeot which has recently seen a launch onto our streets here in the United Kingdom and across other parts of the world also. The Peugeot brand have shown over the years that they know what goes into the production of an all round good performer and we have seen this again and again with vehicles such as the likes of the 308 and the 5008.

The 108 is another key ingredient into the success of the Peugeot brand and we believe that with this brand new addition to the line up for 2014, the company could have a lot more success on their hands in the near future and could maintain a healthy competition with the likes of Renault and Ford also.

So what has made it into this brand new addition to the Peugeot line up that could help it stand out as one of the must own vehicles of 2014? Well firstly we see the use of a 1.2 litre, three cylinder, petrol engine that has a total power output of 82 brake horse power with top speeds of 106 miles per hour being achieved. The sprint time from 0 to 62 miles per hour can also be achieved in 10.3 seconds.

A five speed, manual transmission system also comes along with the 108 as standard and we also see this new addition for 2014 made available as only a front wheel drive variant. With that in mind, we see that this car could prove to be an ideal rival for the likes of the Yaris from Japanese brand Toyota.
