Subaru set to launch the brand new Outback model early next year

In some upcoming vehicle release news today, we are pleased to report on the upcoming launch of a brand new vehicle from the Subaru brand which is set to go on sale early on next year and it makes it's way to you in the shape and form of the all new Outback model. The Outback will come in the form of an estate vehicle much like the Forrester has done before it.

From the information we know on this car so far, we believe that it could very well prove to be a wise purchase if you're looking for something that's fun for the whole family and a good all round performer. The Forrester was a good demonstration of how well Subaru can produce estate models and even rival some other brands such as Citroen amongst others. So what will help the Outback stand out and give at an edge over some other estate vehicles available on the market today?

The performance rates and stats of the new Subaru Outback

So in this section we are going to take a look into some of the new features and performance rates that could help establish the new Outback as a strong all round performer. So firstly we will see the use of a 2.5 litre, flat four engine come along this car that will help it achieve an all round top speed of 123 miles per hour. We see 9.3 seconds come roaring in as the overall time it will take the Outback to reach 60 miles per hour from a standstill.

173 units of brake horse power will also be produced from this powerful engine. A CVT automatic gearbox will also come along as part of the package and we see this new model come in the form of a four wheel drive.

Some other new features that will come along with this car also include the likes of an all new eye sight camera system, auto braking and a lane keep assistance too. So we see this model as some top competition against the likes of Vauxhall and Nissan also.

How much will the new Subaru Outback set you back?

The official price tag that will come along with the new Outback is expected to come in at around £32,000 and it is expected that this model will go on sale from early on into 2015.
