In some exciting car industry news today to make its way out of the Japanese owned car company known as Subaru, we are pleased to report on the latest news regarding an upcoming vehicle release and comes your way in the form of the all new Subaru WRX Saloon model. The vehicle is all set for a grand launch on the first of next month and could very well prove to be one of the biggest selling models in history.
Over the years we have seen the WRX or the Impreza go up against the Evo model from Mitsubishi and has been a great rival for it. Now we will be believe this to be the case again.Subaru have always been a well respected car brand for models such as the likes of the Legacy but, what has been done to this all new WRX Saloon model during production time to make it something special for its launch?

So during the WRX's time in the manufacturing process the company have confirmed what kind of engine the model will benefit from and some of its performance rates. So firstly, we see the inclusion of a,2.5 litre,flat four turbo engine that will overall produce power of 296 bhp with overall top speeds slated to reach a max of 159 miles per hour. We see the new WRX make the leap from zero to 62 miles per hour in a time of just 5.2 seconds. The model will be available as a full four wheel drive variant and will also come fully fitted with a six speed,manual transmission system as standard.
With that in mind its not just the Mitsubishi we think this car rivals, it could also even potentially go against the likes of Honda and Mercedes too.
How much will the Subaru WRX Saloon sell for?
Well as we previously stated, the WRX will be made available from the 1st of May this year and will be available from Subaru showrooms up and down the country and across other parts of the world too. In regards to the overall price tag that is all set to come along with the WRX, expect to make the investment into this all new Saloon WRX at an overall cost of £28,995.
