A look into the new Ford Mondeo Titanium Estate

The Ford Mondeo has been a very popular choice for a lot of customers all around the world. We seen the very first Mondeo model produced in 1992 and now here we are twenty three years later and four generations down the line and the company are seeing more success than ever before with the vehicle. The new Mondeo has made history for the American auto-maker by being the first Mondeo to ever be offered in a hybrid form. The version of the car we are casting our attention to today however is one of the latest additions of the car to go on sale and that is of course the Titanium Estate variation. Boasting a diesel engine and good power outputs it shows that its not just the interior space to come along with this variation that make it something special.

What can you expect to find inside the latest Mondeo?

So we begin with a look into the kind of power that the car can produce and we see all power for the model directed from a two litre, four cylinder diesel engine. When you match this up to a six speed, dual clutch transmission, we see that this version of the car produces 178 horse power overall and therefore helps it to achieve a top speed of 135 miles per hour. The car also runs on a front wheel drive platform. Now with the size of the car being taken into consideration, we see that the Titanium Estate is kitted out with a lot of interior leg and headroom. With all seats facing upwards, five hundred litres of space is offered however if you choose to close them down, we see over 1,000 litres up for the taking. The interior is also kitted out with a new touch screen system displaying a sat nav system. The new model is one that could prove to be an ideal alternative to the likes of the Skoda Fabia estate and the Passat estate from Volkswagen.

How much is the Mondeo Estate on sale for?

Well before we get into how much the car costs, we thought you will be happy to know that this estate version of the new Mondeo is on sale right now and can be found in your local Ford showroom. Cost wise, the vehicle has been given a listing price of £26,865.
