BMW M6 updates-the Lamborghini Huracan GT3-The new Peugeot 308 GT

One of the most luxurious sports car brands in the world Lamborghini have this week officially unveiled a new sports car that they have been hard at work on for the past number of months. The brand new Huracan GT3 model was revealed in the full and has been confirmed to be made available in only a limited amount. The plan right now is for Lamborghini to produce just twenty six of these new cars with the main focus of them set for the race track.

The Huracan GT3 was revealed in a lime Green paint job. If you're trying to visualise it now, think of a classic Kawasaki Ninja bike just with a lot more power. Some of these models will be set aside to go on the race track and these specific cars will receive the fitting of a V10 engine. It will also run on the very same carbon platform that the new Audi R8 will use. Therefore we would expect the next R8 to be perhaps the biggest competitor that the Huracan GT3 will go up against on the road.

Peugeot confirm more information on the 308 GT

It was just under one month ago that Peugeot officially revealed some information regarding their brand new addition to the GT range, the 308 GT. If you found the news exciting then we have a special treat for you today as the company have released a lot of images showing the new look of the car both from the inside and the outside. A range of new specs have also been confirmed by the French manufacturer. Starting us of is the choice of two engines to decide upon. The first makes its way to you as a 1.6 litre, petrol also coming turbocharged as expected from the GT range. Your alternative choice is a 2.0 Blue HDI diesel engine. Out of the two engines, the petrol is the most powerful by offering 202bhp where as the HDI delivers 178 horse power.

A dual exhaust setup,LED lighting and the Peugeot badge being located on the grille now are just three of the big changes made to the GT version compared to that of the standard 308 that has been on sale for the past eight years. You can now order a brand new 308 GT model from your local Peugeot dealership and we can confirm that the new car will be available in showrooms and will make its first set of deliveries from March.

The BMW M6 gets a makeover

The current BMW M6 is one of the most successful models that the German firm have ever put on sale and now it has been revealed that the car is all set to receive some brand new revisions to its range. The same V8 petrol engine found in the current M6 is to be carried over and with it being powerful already, the company have decided not to tweak this particular model. They have however made some minor adjustments to both the suspension system and the steering of the car meaning that it now performs much better than what it did making it more agile in the process.

Perhaps one of the biggest additions to the M6 though is the new stop start technology that has been fitted to the vehicle due to the addition of an all new driving mode called the 'Eco Pro'. Both the alloy wheel designs and bumpers see some new changes with this M6 as they do with the updated 6 Series model and LED headlights now also come along with the range as standard.. Inside of the car is filled with new features such as a leather seating option available in a two tone colour option. Both the M6 and 6 series in their updated guises were put on display earlier this month in Detroit and will both go on sale sometime soon here in Britain with an exact date still unannounced by BMW.
