Jaguar reveal new information on the XE model


In some of the latest news to break out of the car industry we focus on the British car company known as Jaguar and some of the latest news regarding prices and specs of the all new XE model from the brand. Over the years Jaguar have proven to be one of the finest car makers world wide and we have seen them hit the nail on the head with many big selling models such as the XF and XK line up of models.

 

But what edge does this car hold over the rest and what has been announced directly from company designers regarding performance and other features of the car?

 

What's been confirmed for the Jaguar XE

So without further or do if first and foremost we take a look into the engine that will go into this brand new vehicle, we see the welcome addition of a 3.0 litre supercharged engine that will put out around 335bhp to 375 brake horsepower. A range of brand new 2.0 litre four cylinder petrol engines are almost confirmed to follow. Nothing has been announced as of yet regarding performance rates but we expect to hear more on this soon. Some other key features of this model include the likes of all new lights, a stretched oval grille and a lower bonnet. We expect more key features to be announced closer to the official time of launch.

 

In regards to rivals for this vehicle,expect this car to go head to head with the likes of the BMW 3 series and the Mercedes Benz C Class aswell as other brands such as Porsche when it comes to the overall power side of things.

 

How much will the Jaguar XE be on sale for?

We are firstly pleased to inform you that this all new XE model will officially go on sale from 2015 with an exact date still yet to be confirmed. In regards to the price tag that will come along with this brand new Jaguar machine, expect to make the investment for an all round cost starting off at around £25,000 heading upwards to a max of £30,000.
