In some upcoming vehicle release news today to make its way out of the French owned car manufacturing firm known as Peugeot, we are pleased to report on the upcoming 308 GT model from the mass manufacturer which is all set for a launch on our streets here in the UK and across other parts of the world too.
Over the years Peugeot have certainly proved themselves to be a well established brand and have had the desire to build the perfect vehicle for a long time now. We have seen this time and time again with models such as the likes of the 3008 and the 308 original model. What is it about this all new GT version of the car though that should gain your interest and why should you choose this particular addition to the range over anything else currently available on the market?
What are the talking points of the Peugeot 308 GT
So with that being said, what has gone into this particular model during its time on the production line to make it one of the finest standout cars in the brands history and what is it about the 308 GT that has the upper hand over rival companies such as Citroen, Vauxhall and Nissan? Well firstly, it has been rumored that the vehicle will benefit from a 1.6 litre turbo engine that will overall produce power of 197brake horse power and will therefore see the standstill to 62 miles per hour in a time of only 7.5 seconds.It has also been stated that the vehicle will receive a diesel format too which looks to come with a 2.0 litre Blue HDI engine that will put out 185 brake horsepower.
It has been stated that this model will lead the way for a brand new R version of the car set to see a release in 2015. The concept of this machine was shown at the Frankfurt motor show and could very well be a great addition to the range too.Sadly nothing has been announced as of yet regarding an official launch date for the car overall or any interior features and technology bundles you can expect to receive with the 308 GT. We do expect to hear more within the next few upcoming months though.

As we stated, sadly nothing has been announced as of yet regarding an official launch date on this brand new Peugeot model but, it has been stated it will be arriving here in the UK sometime this year. In regards to a price tag, again nothing is confirmed as of yet but expect to hear more on the cost of the Peugeot 308 GT within the next few months.
