Skoda launch the brand new Octavia Scout model

In some of the latest vehicle release news today to make it's way out of the Czech Republican brand known as Skoda, we are pleased to report on the grand launch of the brand new Octavia Scout model which is officially available to purchase right now and will arrive in showrooms from October of this year. The Skoda brand have been one of the most standout companies of the past number of years and have quickly climbed the ranks as one of the most recognisable brands around the world.

They currently have many different variations of cars on sale around the world and we have seen some of these variants such as an estate, city car and family vehicle develop quite a reputation for themselves. So now we take a look into the all new Octavia Scout model. The Octavia has proven itself to be one of the biggest sellers of this generation for Skoda and we think that the addition of this new Scout variant of the car could very well help increase the reputation for the car and overall success on a global scale.

What features make the Skoda Octavia Scout something special?

So what new features come along with this particular Skoda model that help it establish it as one of the must own vehicles of the year and why should you choose to spend your money on this particular model over anything similar on offer from rival companies including Audi and Vauxhall? Well firstly we shall take a look underneath the bonnet of this car and what makes it tick. We see that Skoda have included the use of a 2.0 litre, turbo diesel engine which will help the car put out a grand total of 183 brake horse power and will therefore help it along when it comes to reaching an all round top speed of 136 miles per hour. A quick 7.8 seconds sees this car reaching 62 miles per hour from zero. As standard expect to receive a six speed, DSG automatic transmission system for the high spec model and a manual for the entry level vehicle. Both variations of the car are made available as four wheel drive variants.

What's the cost of the Skoda Octavia Scout?

We are pleased to let you know that a brand new Octavia Scout can be pre purchased right now for a cost of £25,35 for the entry level model and £27,990 for the high spec model. You can expect to see this new car make it's first set of deliveries from October of this year.
