The Toyota Aygo X Wave is coming

In some exciting car industry news today for all your Toyota fans out there, we have some exciting news which has recently broke from the Japanese brand themselves which is the official release is coming of the all new Aygo X Wave model which is all set for a grand debut here in the UK and across other parts of the world too throughout next year.

Over the years, the Aygo has become one of the best and finest selling machines to make its way out of the mass manufacturer's and we believe that this all new addition of the X Wave could very well prove to be the finest selling machine yet. The company have had some great selling models which include the likes of the Rav 4 and the Yaris but, what is it about this newly announced X Wave model that could potentially top the rest?

What you need to know about the Toyota Aygo X Wave

So with that being said, what has gone into this brand new Toyota model during its time on the production line to truly make it stand out and, what edge does this car have over some stiff competition from rival brands such as Ford, Peugeot and Citroen? Well firstly in regards to the engine and the vehicles overall performance,we see a 1.0 litre three cylinder engine come as part of the package which will overall reach top speeds of 98 miles per hour with the 0 to 62 mile per hour dash taking 14.2 seconds or there about. All round the car will put out 68 brake horsepower. The Aygo X Wave model will only be made available as a front wheel drive variant but will also benefit from,a five speed, manual transmission system.

Although perhaps not one of the more powerful cars to be introduced to the Toyota range, we do believe that it could very well be perfect for the whole family for city trips and all things similar.

How much will the Toyota Aygo X Wave go on sale for?

Although an exact release date is still yet to be confirmed directly by the mass manufacturer, we do know that, the model will be available for purchase up and down the country from early next year. In regards to a price tag that will come along with the Toyota Aygo X Wave expect to pay a cost of around £13,000 when the vehicle launches.
