Volvo have officially revealed their brand new addition to their Cross Country range and it comes with their popular S60. The car is to be revealed in the flesh for the very first time next week from the Detroit Auto Show and the car is expected to go on sale here in Britain sometime around the Summer season. The Swedish firm are yet to reveal performance rates of specifics but have announced some news regarding what it is that will be powering the vehicle. Both front and four wheel drive versions of the car will be made available to customers with each platform receiving a different engine.
If front wheel drive is more to your taste then you will receive a two litre D4 diesel variant with 187 horse power. However the four wheel drive variant will receive the fitting of a 2.4 litre D4 variant with 178bhp. Interestingly, this is the same engine that is to be offered with the new XC60 this year. Vehicles such as the Audi A4 will challenge the car when it goes on sale this year.
Renault reveal prices on their all new Espace
Renault have announced the price that their brand new Espace model will start off at. This brand new multi purpose vehicle will begin sales from this year and has been priced at 34,200 Euros working out somewhere close to the £27,000 figure. This price was announced for the market over in France and is expected to be kept as close to this price for sales in the United Kingdom and other parts of Europe. Three engines and four trim levels will be available for the new Espace. Some extra kit finds a place in higher trims with entry level models receiving features such as eighteen inch alloys,an 8.7 inch display screen and parking sensors located at both ends of the car. Moving to the opposite end of the scale though and you can find the initale Paris range topper. Heated front seating,active dampers,a Nappa leather interior and a BOSE audio system as some of the key highlights. We are excited to see the new Espace on the road as it embarks upon its fifth lifecycle on the road.
Subaru announce limits on the XV Crosstrek
Subaru are set to launch their brand new XV Crosstrek model this year but in some interesting news from the Japanese car firm, they have announced that if you are interested in a Yellow variant of the car then you are going to have be quick on making the purchase as only one thousand units of the car will be made available for American customers as a special edition variant. The new Crosstrek will feature a revised set of bumpers and a front grille an the chassis of the car has also been improved upon. With some of the newer highlights of the vehicle we see a leather steering wheel,a start button and keyless entry also making their way to the range to make this one of the most exciting journeys that Subaru have embarked upon with their XV range.
