Aston Martin DBX confirmed-BMW standard parts-the new Audi A8 Sport

Aston Martin have confirmed that their design called the DBX has been officially given the green light and the car will officially go into production. The new model is not expected to debut for the next few years which gives the firm plenty of time to perfect the model just the way they want it. The new model will make history for the brand by being their very first suv model ever produced. This model will come as a result of a £200 million investment from the brand into making their cars more luxurious than ever before. Our first taste of the DBX came from the Geneva Motor Show were it was shown in concept vehicle form but for the moment, no word has been given regarding how much we can expect the vehicle to change when it comes to launching the production version. One thing is for sure, with Bentley releasing the Bentayga and Rolls Royce with their new suv, Aston Martin will certainly be looking to bring the fight to the suv market.

BMW travel more upmarket

News is now public that from September of this year, the BMW brand will offer every single brand new vehicle with a sat nav system as standard. There are no exceptions as all new models will be offered with the systems. Other items have also been added as standard which include Bluetooth connectivity,a DAB digital radio and emergency call assistance too. The sat nav system to be offered with all models has been confirmed to measure 6.5 inches in size and a larger 8.8 inch screen sat nav will also be open to all customers wanting to upgrade their models. All of these changes come into effect for the entire range in September and could work as a strong influence for drivers to spend their money on a BMW car for the extras that will come along with it also.

The Audi A8 to benefit from a new trim level

Audi have confirmed that their A8 model is all set to receive a new trim level from this coming summer time and the world will be treated to the A8 Sport. New additions will come into play both inside and outside of the car as far as accessories are confirmed and whilst engines remain the same, power upgrades have also been revealed. Customers can choose from the standard V6, three litre diesel setup or they can opt for the the diesel in V8 size. The three litre model however receives the power upgrade which means that it now gives out 258 brake horse power. Changes added for the Sport trim for the exterior design include nineteen inch alloy wheels, new side skirting and matrix designed, LED headlight technology. Focusing our attention inside of A8 Sport and we found a new infotainment system which Audi have made to operate as a Wifi hotspot and the sound from the radio also receives some strong tweaking making it that much more clearer and generally better.

If you think that the A8 Sport could be that vehicle you have been looking for, then you may be pleased to learn that prices open up at £65,825 for the three litre model whereas £76,435 comes along with the four litre engine size.
