Audi have confirmed that the A1 model will receive some brand new changes to the range starting from the Spring time of next year making the A range more vibrant than ever before. Both the exterior of the car and the technical side of things are set to be two highlights of the car. With a look at what the firm are doing to the outside of the vehicle, the Germans have announced that they are to introduce the vehicle with a revised front grille, brand new front and back bumpers and seventeen new alloy wheel designs. New paint schemes will also be available for the A1 range. Power for the car has been increased by 10 bhp meaning that C02 emissions and fuel economy are also improved upon.
One of the biggest highlights across the range though is the addition of a new engine which will make its way to you in the shape and form of a one litre, turbocharged engine. 94 brake horse power will be produced by the newcomer with 99g/km C02 emissions being emitted therefore making the car tax exempt. The engine will make history for Audi as this will be the first time ever that the company has offered a three cylinder engine in one of their vehicles. More information regarding how much the updates will cost you the buyer and an exact date of release are unconfirmed right now but we do expect to hear more on the matter closer to the Spring time next year.
