Best New Cars 2014

Best New Cars 2014

This year has already been a promising year in terms of new car registrations and new cars sold as the likes of Audi and Volkswagen rack up record figures. The UK car market has continued its upward trend as sales continue to increase.

Still to come later this year are models such as the Ford Focus which is due to go on sale in July of this year. The popular Ford Focus model has received the mid life face lift that models these days so often receive.

The Ford Focus model alongside the Fiesta model has been dominant in markets such as the UK car market. The new Focus has more of a slender look as seen on the Fiesta model, as features such as the oversized grille and front bumper are removed.

A rival of the Ford Focus and the Ford Fiesta, the Vauxhall Corsa, is also due to go on sale later this year and will take on a similar front shape and look to that of the Vauxhall Adam model. It is also believed that the new Vauxhall Corsa model will go on sale with the new 1.0 litre engine. The Vauxhall brand surprised a considerable amount of rivals and journalists when it revealed the new engine under the bonnet of the Adam Rocks model.

Audi who have had one of the best sales quarters in the firms long history are also set to release a new TT model later this year. The new model will be released to take a strong hold on the premium and luxury car market. Most recently, Audi announced that they had overtaken the BMW brand at the top and planned to stay there for the rest of the term.

Nissan are also set to bring a new model to the market in the form of the latest X Trail models. The new X Trail model will take the place of the Qashqai +2 in the line up as the extra large crossover model is no longer produced.
