The New Kia Soul 2014
Kia have recently released images of the New Kia Soul online with the expected public unveiling due at the Frankfurt Motor Show in a number of weeks time.
The new Kia Soul model will come with a 1.6 litre petrol or diesel engine like that previous version of the Soul model as well as the choice of an automatic or manual transmission. Higher specifications of the model will include key less go and heated seats as well as LED running lights.
Both the Kia and Hyundai brand have gone from strength to strength over the past number of years as both ranges of models were completely redesigned and updated. The model shown at the Frankfurt Motor Show will be the model that will show off the optional SUV styling pack which focuses on the roof and wheel arches in terms of the sleek black style.
The new 2014 Kia Soul will have a completely new interior finish on the model and will have a more driver focused design. The new Soul model will be built alongside the new Cee'd and will now be able to offer the Soul a much better ride and handling, according to Kia.
The Kia Soul has not yet been given a price, but it has been rumoured that the model will be priced somewhere in the region of £13,000. The model has also been given a release date of sometime in spring 2014.
Other models such as the Fiat 500 and the Vauxhall Adam are thought to be the main rivals for the Kia Soul as the models are themselves somewhat style icons in the motor industry. However, the size of the Kia Soul will not be a comparison to be made as the model is a sizeable model and may be compared to that of the Mini Cooper Clubman more than anything. So, the Frankfurt Motor Show will have a considerable amount on show with the Kia Soul and the Range Rover Hybrid.
