At a recent press conference, Audi have teased their brand new all electric SUV for the very first time. The brand new model was first announced last week from the Geneva Motor Show when the company revealed the new R8 model and e-tron version too. It did not take long to see the car though as during a recent press conference a video was played on the screen which revealed a teaser image of the new model showing off its length and a possible hint towards its future design. The car was seen in Black with side skirts and large wheels. A big focus was also on the lights which were shown gleaming well into the distance. This could therefore possibly hint towards LED lighting or maybe even the companies new laser lights. The main big thing we know at the moment is that this car is revealed to travel for around three hundred miles from a single charge but we are unsure as to whether the vehicle will be revealed to be a new addition to the Q range as a Q8 name could be expected. This is a story we will be focusing on heavily over the next few months.
A brand new SUV on the way from Skoda
Skoda have been making headlines with their new Superb model over the past week and now the company are shifting fans attention to a new SUV model that will be set to launch from next year. The announcement has not been made official yet but recent images of the new model testing have been posted online showing us just how the car is going to look. The new model will go on offer in the form of both a five seater model and a seven seater too. The images reveal the car in SUV form carrying Black paint work with a chrome surround located around the front grille. Black roof rails spanning the length of the entire roof are also clearly visible. The latest information to come out is that the car is still in the development phase but its more than likely very close now to reaching the production line. Therefore there could be a chance of a grand reveal at next months New York Motor Show. Nothing is known right now regarding engines and performance rates or other specifications but we would guess that we are not too far away from hearing more.
A first glimpse of Bentley's new Bentayga SUV
We have heard a lot about the new Bentayga SUV from Bentley Motors which was first announced last year but we were yet to see the vehicle in the flesh but that is until now. Recent images have now been posted to the world wide web which shows the car parked up in a car park presumably during testing. The model looked pretty much undisguised in an all Black paint design with two oval exhausts at the bike and a chrome mesh finish to the front grille. The new motor will pack a W12, V8 sized turbocharged engine and is expected to reach over the 200 miles per hour mark with a hybrid powertrain that will drive for around thirty miles before the engine kicking in and the battery needing a recharge.
