Recent news from Nissan show that the Japanese manufacturers have been quite busy. Not only have they updated their Nissan Note DIG-S, they have also updated a model for the 2015 Detroit Motor Show next year. Here's an overview of what's new with Nissan this week. The current Nissan Qashqai model has picked up the maximum five star rating in the Euro NCAP crash tests. In adult protection, the Qashqai scored 88%, protecting the driver in all areas. For an 18 month old infant, the vehicle scored maximum points. It's score for a three year old child were only marginally behind. Child occupant protection was scored at 83% overall.
